Lajpat Nagar is a well-established residential cum commercial centre in South Delhi. It is divided into four parts, Lajpat Nagar I, II, III and IV, and has people of different cultures and traditions living together. Saket

Chhatarpur in South Delhi falls under the Lal Dora area, which means properties in this area are comparatively affordable than other areas in Delhi. Mehrauli
Mehrauli is a residential locality in South Delhi; however, since it is also a Lal Dora land, it enjoys all the benefits as Chhatarpur.
